Exciting Updates:
I’m excited to share a few important updates as Aspen Grove continues to move forward!
Our application for public funding has officially been submitted to ER BOCES and is scheduled to go before their board in March. This is a major milestone in the process. Once funding is approved, we will be able to move confidently into the next phase, including opening formal enrollment and sharing clear next steps with interested families.
At the same time, I’m actively searching for the right location for Aspen Grove. Our goal is to find a space in the Westminster, Broomfield, or Louisville area that supports small-group learning and community-based experiences. If anyone has real estate contacts, knows of a community space, or is aware of a location that may be available free or at very low cost, I would love to connect.
Behind the scenes, I’m also reviewing and selecting curriculum that aligns with our values of individualized instruction, flexibility, and whole-child development. In addition, I’m applying for startup grants to help keep operational costs low and ensure Aspen Grove remains accessible to families.
I’m really looking forward to the months ahead and the possibility of launching Aspen Grove this fall. I’ll continue to share updates as I hear back regarding funding, and I plan to schedule a parent meeting as soon as more information is available.
Thank you to everyone who has shown interest, shared encouragement, and supported this journey so far. I’m grateful for this growing community and excited for what’s ahead.
